INTRODUCTION

Tanahun Technical School (TTS) is a renowned Technical and Vocational Education provider in the field of Agriculture sector. It is a Constituent School of CTEVT. Tanahun Technical School has been established by Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) in Bhimad-6, Tanahun and, is located at 36 KM east from Gandaki Province headquarter and 8 KM south from Khairenitar. It is widely recognized for its commitment to providing quality technical education and vocational training to students from various backgrounds. Established with the aim of fostering technical skills and promoting industrial growth in the region, Tanahun Technical School has been a pivotal institution in shaping the future workforce of Nepal.

Since its establishment (2048 B.S.), It had been working as RTC (Rural Training Center) providing different short course training in rural area. In academic program, TTS launched a three-year Diploma in Agriculture (plant science) program since 2074.
